Those two exploit patches that were published at my blog are the only one that I am aware of in Holograph Emulator. The emulator that you downloaded probably had the patches applied already by someone reading my blog, so you shouldn’t worry.
Still, I would strongly recommend you to read the post here at my blog that explains how to secure MySQL Server. Don’t use your private server under MySQL’s root account, create a limited account for it, so incase someone gains access to it, they won’t be able to touch the filesystem etc. =)
